Description
The Associate Director, Engineering Program Delivery (Industrialization & Manufacturing) leads complex, cross-functional engineering programs that bring new products and manufacturing technologies from concept through commercial production. The role owns end-to-end industrialization, including new product introductions, capital investment projects, manufacturing modernization, equipment and process readiness, validation, documentation, training, launch, and operational handoff. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related technical discipline, at least 10 years of relevant experience in a large matrixed organization, and the ability to lead engineering teams and stakeholders without direct authority. The position is based in Warwick, Rhode Island, requires U.S. work authorization, and may require travel of up to 30% domestically and internationally.
