Cedars-Sinai is hiring an Associate Director, Application Development – Payroll & UKG to lead technology and product delivery for enterprise Payroll and Workforce Management, with primary accountability for Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and UKG platforms. The role partners with Payroll, HR, Finance, and operational leaders; defines product strategy and roadmaps; stewards platform capabilities; leads multidisciplinary product teams; manages delivery, testing, releases, integrations, production support, reliability, security, and operational governance; and develops technology capabilities and succession plans. The position is remote in approved states and requires at least eight years of application development experience in a complex multi-platform environment, four years of management experience, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
