FIRST is hiring an Associate Director, Embedded Solutions in New York to lead and develop event teams, manage resources and workload, oversee client-facing delivery, and support operational performance and account growth. The role requires 10+ years of event management experience, including people management, advanced project management, client relationship management, and experience with event technology and virtual platforms. It is a hybrid position requiring residence in the New York tri-state area and travel of up to 20%.
