Description
Montana State University is hiring one Associate Director – External Relations for its Sports Facilities team. The role manages externally facing functions across multi-use venues, serves as the primary booking contact for concerts and major shows, oversees event negotiations, contracts, estimates, financial recaps, event management, guest services, and staff supervision, and coordinates with athletics and other external partners. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus substantial event-management experience, familiarity with live-entertainment booking and contracting, supervisory experience, and a valid Montana driver’s license. It is a professional contract with one full-time equivalent and applications are accepted until an adequate applicant pool is established.
