Description
Replimune is hiring an Associate Director, Facilities and Engineering to lead the Facilities Department at its Milton Park site. The role oversees facilities engineering, maintenance, calibration, utilities, building systems, equipment, waste management, safety, emergency response, contractor coordination, cGMP documentation, audits, KPIs, SLAs, and the development of the Facilities team. It is based at Milton Park with a typical five-day on-site expectation and requires a relevant engineering or science degree, at least four years of building management experience, line-management experience, and experience with HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical safety, cGMP, waste management, and asset-management software.
