The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is hiring an Associate Director - Faculty (0.3 FTE) to support the Colorado Area Health Education Center’s statewide health workforce pipeline and HRSA AHEC mission. The role co-directs the National Underserved Scholars graduate program, manages AHEC Scholars allied-health programming, leads grant writing and HRSA deliverables, develops metrics and community partnerships, and supports curriculum and research initiatives. It is a faculty position requiring a board-certified MD or DO, an Assistant Professor-level or higher appointment at CU Anschutz, and graduate-level writing skills. The position is hybrid, with 12 hours per week on campus, and offers an annual hiring range of $54,720 to $69,000 based on 30% FTE of a faculty salary.
