SMU is hiring a full-time MBA Admissions Recruiter for an on-campus, in-person role responsible for recruiting students for the Cox MBA and related dual-degree programs. The position develops recruiting strategy, manages prospects through applications and interviews, conducts admissions and scholarship recommendations, oversees student ambassadors, supports events and marketing, and uses Slate and other tools to improve admissions processes. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of work experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and occasional domestic, national, and international travel.
