Description
Moderna is hiring an Associate Director, Global EHS to support the development, deployment, standardization, and continuous improvement of global environmental, health, and safety programs across its manufacturing, laboratory, and operational sites, with direct onsite support for the Norwood campus. The role partners with corporate, site, and cross-functional teams to translate global strategy into practical site-level execution, support audits, inspections, risk assessments, incident response, and regulatory readiness, and help build scalable, data- and AI-enabled EHS solutions. This position is based in Norwood with a 70/30 in-office working model and requires relevant EHS experience in regulated technical or biopharmaceutical environments.
