Associate Director, Global Scientific Communications at bicara-therapeutics

Bicara Therapeutics is hiring an Associate Director, Global Scientific Communications to lead the development and execution of global scientific communication plans across key assets. The role manages the publications planning team, oversees manuscripts and other scientific deliverables, ensures GPP2022 and ICMJE compliance, coordinates medical writing agencies, aligns outputs with the Scientific Communication Platform, and develops medical content for field teams and external stakeholders. It reports to the Senior Director, Head of Global Medical Communications, is based in Boston, and follows a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week.
