Description
The Milken Institute is hiring an Associate Director, Institutional Giving, Business & Program Development to develop solicitation strategies, manage grant proposals and LOIs, oversee institutional funder relationships, and administer grants from foundations, corporations, and other institutional donors. The role requires grant writing, relationship-building, project management, CRM and donor-management proficiency, and dashboard development, with a hybrid schedule of three days per week in Santa Monica and two days remotely. A bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of grant fundraising or management experience are required; visa sponsorship is not available.
