Atwell, LLC is hiring an Associate Director to lead land-development consulting, engineering, and construction services. The role combines business development, revenue and profitability management, project oversight, contract and proposal review, safety leadership, and full-cycle staff management. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an EAC/ABET-accredited university, PE licensure, at least 8 years of experience, and AutoCAD Civil 3D experience; Illinois experience is preferred. The pay range is $120,000–$180,000 USD, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, and other benefits.
