Veeva Systems is hiring a Director of Strategy for its Veeva Link team to drive adoption and long-term success of the Link platform in emerging and small biotech accounts. The role owns strategic account plans, customer messaging, stakeholder mapping, software demonstrations, go-to-market positioning, deal and renewal strategy, adoption forecasting, and cross-functional alignment with product teams. Candidates need at least three years of experience, including two years of client-facing consulting or strategy experience, life sciences experience focused on KOL or thought leader engagement, medical affairs, or commercial launch, executive-stakeholder influence, project management, and a bachelor’s degree. The position offers a base salary of $100,000–$150,000, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, flexible PTO, company-paid holidays, retirement programs, and charitable giving.
