Manulife/John Hancock is hiring an Associate Director, Low Code Solutions Squad Lead to lead the Asia Operations low-code solutions portfolio across approximately 10 markets. The role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of operations-led low-code solutions, including demand intake, prioritization, delivery, adoption, value realization, governance, risk management, and cross-market reuse. It leads a regional squad, partners with senior Operations and Technology stakeholders, and provides technical direction on Microsoft Power Platform while ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture, security, data privacy, and audit requirements. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, director-level experience, 10+ years of relevant experience, strong stakeholder communication, and fluent English; Chinese proficiency is preferred. The role is hybrid.
