Associate Director, M&A at CORA Group

The Associate Director M&A will manage the execution of takeovers, acquisitions, divestitures, and related activities for CORA Group’s M&A business unit. Responsibilities include evaluating prospective vertical-market software acquisitions, preparing financial and valuation models, drafting transaction documents, conducting financial and operational due diligence, preparing investment memorandums, and assisting with post-closing integration and performance tracking. The role is a regular, 40-hour-per-week position with an expected base salary of $130,000–$150,000 CAD.
