AECOM is hiring an experienced Associate Director (Mechanical) to lead and grow its Building Services team in Sydney. The role leads complex, multidisciplinary building engineering projects across NSW and ACT, oversees mechanical and building-services design and project delivery, manages technical quality and design coordination, develops client relationships, and mentors junior and intermediate engineers. The position requires strong mechanical engineering expertise, leadership in technical design and project delivery, and ideally 15+ years of building services consultancy or contracting design experience with Chartered status; hybrid work options are available.
