Johns Hopkins University is seeking an Associate Director of Admissions, Athletics to manage a regional admissions territory while leading the strategy, processes, and staff supporting recruitment and enrollment of student-athletes. The role evaluates applications across Early Decision, Regular Decision, and Transfer cycles; manages admissions staff; collaborates with athletics, marketing, systems, operations, financial aid, and other university offices; develops communications, training, recruitment initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and athletics-specific content; and represents admissions publicly. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, five years of related experience, extensive travel, and occasional evening and weekend work; a master’s degree, eight years of experience, five years of admissions experience, and college admissions experience are preferred.
