Johns Hopkins University is hiring an Associate Director of Alumni Career Engagement to launch and grow a university-wide alumni career engagement function. The role develops career programs, mentoring and networking initiatives, events, communications, partnerships, volunteer engagement, and data-informed strategies across all nine Johns Hopkins schools. It also serves as a market intelligence and customer insights specialist, analyzing alumni, workforce, survey, CRM, and benchmarking data and using AI and emerging technologies to personalize outreach and evaluate program effectiveness. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of related experience, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and occasional travel, evening, and weekend work.
