The Associate Director of Business Operations reports to the Chief Financial Officer and oversees monthly general ledger close, sales and royalty reporting, Acumen product and contract setup, cash receipts and disbursements, backlist reprint data, Beacon Audio administration, and the Associate Business Manager. The role requires detailed knowledge of Acumen and PRH STAR, supervises one staff member, and works hybrid in Boston with onsite work two days per week.
