Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri is hiring a full-time Associate Director of Clinical- Neurodiverse Programming in Waynesville, Missouri. The role supports the Clinical Director and CEO in delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based care for neurodivergent youth across inpatient and residential settings, while leading multidisciplinary teams, overseeing clinical documentation and quality compliance, providing direct clinical services, supervising clinicians, and developing sensory-informed milieu and integrative therapies. Applicants must hold an active Missouri PLPC, LPC, MSW, or LCSW license, have at least five years of clinical experience with children, adolescents, and families, and be at least 21 years old.
