Biogen is hiring an Associate Director of Engineering for its Small Molecule Chemical Development team. The role leads and mentors scientific and engineering teams in developing robust small-molecule synthesis processes, plans experiments, manages laboratory and kilo-lab instrumentation, supports laboratory-to-manufacturing technology transfer, collaborates with CMC and manufacturing partners, and contributes to IND and regulatory activities. The position requires a Ph.D., M.S., or B.S. with 6, 8, or 10+ years of relevant pharmaceutical or biotech experience, respectively, and offers a base salary of $159,000 to $219,000 plus incentives and benefits.
