Brilliant Corners is seeking an Associate Director of Operations to lead Fiscal Intermediary (FI) operations, enterprise systems implementation and improvement, and statewide program operations coordination. The role involves partnering with various internal teams to standardize, scale, and optimize operational systems, fiscal processes, and program delivery across regions. Key responsibilities include overseeing systems design, process improvement, FI workflow management, and providing operational support for program delivery. The associate director will also contribute to agency-wide policymaking and promote housing justice and DEIB.
