Dyne Therapeutics is hiring an Associate Director, Oligonucleotide Development to lead the chemical synthesis and CMC strategy for PMO and ASO payload molecules across preclinical, IND-enabling, and GMP development. The role manages internal and global CDMO execution, technology transfer, regulatory Module 3 authoring and review, analytical development, quality documentation, and complex manufacturing or analytical issues. It is based in Waltham, Massachusetts, requires onsite presence four to five days per week, and offers a base salary of $159,000 to $195,000 USD.
