Description

Moderna is expanding its mRNA platform and seeks an Associate Director, Oncology to lead commercial operations, drive launch readiness, optimize sales force effectiveness, and integrate alliances. This role focuses on developing and scaling commercial capabilities to support successful oncology product launches and sustained growth, playing a central role in commercial strategy, field execution, and operational excellence.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Required Previous Experiences: 6+ years of experience in biopharma commercial operations, commercial excellence, marketing operations, consulting, or related functions
Demonstrated success in sales force effectiveness, marketing operations, or commercial excellence roles
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in oncology commercialization and/or launch execution preferred
Strategic thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations for field teams and senior stakeholders
Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Finance, and other key stakeholders
Analytics capabilities including how to effectively measure launch success
Strong communication and presentation skills
