Description
The Associate Director, Operations leads the operational infrastructure supporting the Philanthropy department’s fundraising activities. The role oversees gift processing, donor data integrity, Salesforce administration, reporting and analytics, budget coordination, fundraising systems, workflow optimization, vendor and event operations, and supervises operational staff. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of relevant development or fundraising operations experience, and proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
