Associate Director, Operations Strategy at Airwallex

Airwallex is hiring an Associate Director, Operations Strategy to own and scale the operational backbone of its Americas business. The role leads financial operations, payment and settlement exceptions, client enablement, enterprise customer readiness, process improvement, and operational controls, while partnering with Engineering, Product, Commercial, Partnerships, and Customer Support. It also leads and develops a team of operations professionals and reports to the Head of Operations, US. The position is based in San Francisco and requires at least 8 years of relevant operations, strategy, or program management experience plus 2 years of people management experience.
