SpringWorks Therapeutics is hiring an Associate Director, Payer & Access Marketing- US Rare Tumors (OGSIVEO) to lead the development and execution of market access strategy and customer-facing value narratives for OGSIVEO across US payers, population-based decision-makers, pharmacists, GPOs, and external thought leaders. The role requires cross-functional leadership across commercial, marketing, sales, market research, market access, patient services, finance, medical, legal, and regulatory functions, along with market research, pricing strategy support, customer engagement, and external stakeholder collaboration. It is a hybrid position requiring onsite work three days or more per week, with up to 20% travel, and offers a base salary of $150,700 to $226,000 plus a discretionary annual bonus.
