Description
Revolution Medicines is hiring an Associate Director, Payroll, Europe to lead accurate, timely and compliant payroll operations across the European region. Reporting to the Senior Director, Accounting, Europe, the role owns the regional payroll operating model, end-to-end processing, vendor management, controls, compliance, audits, transformation, systems integration and employee experience. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least eight years of progressive payroll experience including multi-country European leadership, knowledge of European payroll compliance and GDPR, and fluency in English.
