AECOM is hiring an Associate Director – Planning and Development to lead transport planning and development services, particularly in the Northwest region. The role combines strategic leadership, client and stakeholder engagement, project delivery, business development, and team development across transport planning projects such as masterplanning feasibility, transport assessments, travel plans, traffic management, and multi-disciplinary development projects. Candidates need a relevant degree, professional membership, at least 12 years of transport planning experience, strong leadership and client-networking skills, and knowledge of UK and Ireland transport planning regulations and tools. The position offers hybrid work options and requires in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office.
