Mace is hiring an Associate Director – Planning (MEP) to lead MEP planning and project controls for a major datacentre in West London. The role manages planning, scheduling, EVM, project controls, complex requirements, stakeholder communication, contract and commercial matters, and the planning team, while providing performance management and coaching. Candidates need extensive MEP project planning experience, property or infrastructure project management expertise, strong commercial and financial acumen, leadership experience, and knowledge of carbon and sustainability considerations. Part-time, flexible, and hybrid working options may be discussed.
