Associate Director, Post Production & Quality Operations at Carvana

Carvana is hiring a Regional Senior Manager, Post Production/Inventory Quality and Readiness to lead post-production and quality programs across multiple inspection-center sites. The role partners with internal and external teams, develops processes and systems, manages third-party production and vendor quality, leads onsite personnel, executes change-management initiatives, and closes operational gaps. It requires at least eight years of leadership, people-development, and operations experience, Lean Manufacturing experience, production-process improvement expertise, and the ability to travel up to 80%.
