Complex is hiring a Post Supervisor to oversee post-production operations for editorial video content, including originals, vertical video, promos, and potential branded productions. The role manages post-production teams and freelancers, supervises editors and vendors, develops workflows and standards, tracks budgets and costs, oversees media intake and archival practices, and implements AI-assisted editing technologies. Candidates need at least six years of post-production experience, leadership experience, advanced editing, color correction, and sound-mixing expertise, and experience serving as a Post Supervisor.
