Amgen is hiring an Associate Director, Commercial Drug Products & Life Cycle Management to lead commercial drug product programs as a Drug Product Team Leader. The role manages late-stage process development, technology transfer, formulation and process design, validation, regulatory submissions, non-conformance investigations, and continuous improvement for parenteral and/or oral solid dosage products. The Associate Director will lead a scientific team, support clinical and commercial manufacturing operations, participate in global cross-functional teams, and use advanced IS systems and statistical analysis. The position requires a doctorate with three years of engineering or science experience, or an equivalent education and experience combination, plus at least three years of people-management or team-leadership experience. The U.S. salary range is 164,021.95–221,912.05 USD, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, bonus, stock-based, and flexible-work benefits.
