Alkermes is hiring an Associate Director, Category Lead - Marketing & Sales Procurement to lead strategic sourcing, category management, supplier relationship management, and procurement initiatives across its commercial organization. The role develops global sourcing strategies for advertising, media, digital marketing, market research, data and analytics, events, sales enablement, commercial technology, patient support, outsourcing, and related services; manages supplier selection, negotiations, contracts, performance, and governance; and partners with senior business stakeholders to deliver financial and operational value. It is a hybrid position based in Waltham, Massachusetts, with up to 20% domestic and international travel, and offers an annual base salary of $160,000 to $170,000 plus performance bonus eligibility.
