Description
Iambic is hiring an Associate Director of Procurement to build and scale its supply chain and procurement function at its San Diego headquarters. Reporting to the SVP of Finance, the role will develop procurement strategy, lead sourcing and supplier partnerships, negotiate complex agreements, manage supplier performance, advise leadership on make-vs-buy decisions, and lead the implementation of a new procurement or ERP platform. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience, and significant biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences experience.
