Element Biosciences is hiring an onsite Associate Director of Product Management in San Diego to own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end product management of software and bioinformatics products. The role focuses on multiomics data, AI product value, data licensing, co-development, platform/API partnerships, and collaboration with R&D, software engineering, bioinformatics, commercial, and marketing teams. Candidates need a life sciences background and 8+ years of product management experience, or an advanced degree with 6+ years, plus genomics or multiomics expertise and experience leading software or data products. The position is full-time and exempt, includes 20–25% travel, and pays a base salary of $180,000–$226,000 annually, with stock options, bonus eligibility, no-cost health insurance, 401(k) matching, and flexible paid time off.
