Description

FUJIFILM Cellular Dynamics is hiring an Associate Director, Program Design to lead the end-to-end scoping, design, proposal development, and handoff process for new CDMO business opportunities. The individual contributor role bridges commercial, program management, site leadership, finance, legal, R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, facilities, and quality functions to translate client requirements into executable program scopes, assumptions, timelines, capacity plans, and pricing models. The position is on-site in Madison, Wisconsin and requires a relevant bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. degree plus 2–7 years of relevant experience, along with expertise in biologics, gene therapy, or cell therapy operations.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, business, or related discipline; or Master’s degree; or Ph.D.
Required Previous Experiences: At least 7 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree
At least 5 years of relevant experience with a master’s degree
At least 2 years of relevant experience with a Ph.D.
Experience in CDMO, biologics, gene therapy, or cell therapy, including technical and regulatory familiarity with development, technology transfer, manufacturing, cell culture, and drug product
Understanding of process development, analytical development, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and/or technical operations in a biologics, gene therapy, or cell therapy environment
