RayzeBio is hiring an Associate Director of Program Management to lead the cross-functional planning and execution of one or more clinical-stage drug development programs. The role owns program strategy, integrated plans, timelines, milestones, risks, budgets, and deployment of project management best practices, while managing cross-functional stakeholders and supporting the advancement of development candidates through global regulatory submissions. The position requires a BA/BS, at least five years of biotech or pharmaceutical experience, prior project management experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Smartsheet; an advanced degree and PMP certification are preferred. The San Diego, California location offers a base salary of $182,753 to $221,454, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
