Fingerpaint is hiring an Associate Director of Program Management to manage training, strategic business planning for the book of business, and staff road map development. The role leads complex client and internal project discussions, optimizes project planning and operational tools, supports brand forecasting and staffing, mentors direct reports, and participates in new-business pitches. It requires approximately 9–10 years of experience, proficiency with Ziflow and Workamajig, advanced Excel, and strong client and team leadership skills.
