Description
The Associate Director, Program Management leads SMC's Program Management organization and provides strategic and operational leadership for the company's customer program portfolio. The role oversees program execution from award through development, tooling, validation, manufacturing launch, and sustaining production; manages program planning, resources, schedules, budgets, risks, customer relationships, cross-functional teams, governance, and performance; and builds the Program Management team through leadership, coaching, recruitment, and succession planning. The position requires a bachelor's degree and 8–12 years of progressive experience in program or project management, product development, manufacturing, engineering, or a related discipline, including experience leading Program Managers and managing complex, customer-facing programs in a regulated manufacturing environment.
