Description
The Associate Director, Program Operations will lead the operational and logistical setup of the AI in Agriculture program across Indian states, including government engagement, work-plan ownership, systems building, field and state staff hiring and onboarding, and delivery coordination. This founding role requires 7–9 years of relevant experience in program operations, program management, or field delivery, with a strong focus on government relationships, multi-stakeholder project management, systems building, and adaptability in a high-growth environment.
