Meesho is hiring an Associate Director – Programs to lead one or more strategic charters across growth, strategy, operations, or a related business area. The role combines hands-on individual contributor work with people management, owning end-to-end business initiatives, KPIs, P&L or GMV outcomes, root-cause analyses, stakeholder alignment, and 12–18 month roadmaps. The position manages Senior Managers and Managers, hires and develops talent, and collaborates with Product, Technology, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. It requires a bachelor's or master's degree and 7–10+ years of relevant experience in growth, strategy and operations, management consulting, or a high-growth startup or e-commerce environment.
