Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director - Project Controls to assist in leading project controls services for major client accounts and support wider business initiatives. The role develops project control strategies, schedules, budgets, forecasts, change-management processes, risk and contingency plans, and performance reports; advises on project control best practices; and mentors project teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a construction- or cost-management-related field, at least eight years of relevant project controls experience in construction, proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Excel, and strong analytical, communication, leadership, and compliance skills. The role may involve SOX control responsibilities and on-site presence depending on client needs.
