Description
Bicara Therapeutics is hiring an Associate Director, Project Management (Clinical Operations) to provide project management expertise and operational leadership for clinical operations, with a primary focus on BLA submission coordination and subsequent Health Authority submissions. The role will support the phase III FORTIFI trial, manage cross-functional deliverables, timelines, budgets, risks, audit readiness, study plans, and stakeholder communication, and will report to the Senior Director, Clinical Operations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field, at least seven years of industry experience including four years of clinical project management experience in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals, and willingness to travel up to 10–15% of the time.
