Centessa Pharmaceuticals is hiring an Associate Director, Project Management – Orexin Development Programs to manage one or more early-stage global Orexin development programs. The role partners with the Global Team Leader, leads cross-functional program planning and risk management, maintains Gantt charts and dashboards, manages budgets and external vendors, supports regulatory and executive presentations, and contributes to process improvements. The position is based in the United States with occasional travel, is full-time and exempt, and offers an annual base salary of $115,000 to $170,000 plus a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.
