AstraZeneca is hiring an AD Project Manager Country Operations to lead country-level clinical study teams and manage the full lifecycle of assigned studies, including site identification, feasibility, qualification, regulatory submissions, recruitment, monitoring, documentation, and closure. The role requires strong leadership, project management, GCP and regulatory knowledge, risk management, stakeholder communication, and travel of up to 20% during busy periods. It is based at the Seaport location with a hybrid model requiring three onsite days per week, with a possible field-based arrangement. The annual base pay is $142,171.20–$213,256.80 USD, with medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage.
