Description
The Associate Director, Quality Systems will lead and develop the Quality Management System and GxP compliance operations across Technical Operations, Quality, and Clinical Development/Operations. The role oversees QMS governance, electronic QMS administration, vendor quality agreements, audits, inspections, CAPA, investigations, SOPs, and quality culture, while mentoring Quality Assurance Specialists and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a life science, at least eight years of leadership experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical environments, and expertise in QMS, eQMS platforms, and global regulatory requirements. The anticipated base salary is $167,780–$182,548 per year, with health, vision, dental insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
