Description
The Associate Director, QA will lead and shape automation testing strategy across software applications, systems, and databases while managing and developing an AQA team. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on expertise in SQL database testing, Azure Machine Learning, test automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, performance and load testing, quality metrics, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need at least 10+ years of AQA or software testing experience, including 5+ years in leadership or management, along with advanced SQL and extensive experience with Azure, test automation tools, and distributed team leadership.
