Description

Dyne Therapeutics is hiring an Associate Director, Quality Management Systems to lead the design, scaling, and advancement of a global QMS supporting the company’s transition to commercial operations. The role owns document control, records management, training, eQMS and LMS governance, regulatory inspection readiness, quality metrics, continuous improvement, and cross-functional quality culture. It is based in Waltham, Massachusetts, requires at least eight years of biotechnology or pharmaceutical experience, and offers a base salary of $160,000 to $195,000 USD.
