Description
The Associate Director - Survey & Engineering will oversee operations and drive strategic growth for a rail-focused division of JWG Survey & Engineering. The role leads a multidisciplinary team, manages the department P&L, oversees tendering and proposal development, develops regional growth and technical strategies, manages client relationships, and ensures compliance and quality standards. It is based in a Survey Solutions nationwide office with hybrid working options, 40 hours per week, and benefits including holiday, a company car, overtime, and a discretionary Christmas bonus.
