Takeda is hiring a full-time, virtual RBQM Data Enablement Manager in Massachusetts. The role configures and operates centralized monitoring and RBQM platforms, translates study risk assessments into system specifications, manages data flows and platform governance, leads cross-functional teams, supports audits and complex signal interpretation, develops training, and oversees vendor and partner performance. Candidates need at least eight years of pharmaceutical or CRO experience, three years of RBQM experience, two years of managerial experience, and knowledge of drug development, clinical trials, and relevant regulatory standards. The position offers a U.S. base salary range of $154,400 to $242,550.
